North East Old Skool presents NORTH/SOUTH
Phase Two Lineup Announcement

Following the amazing response to Phase One, we’re back with even more legends and pioneers who helped shape Irish club culture. From Belfast to Dublin, this next wave is packed with heavy hitters ready to raise the roof.

Blue Amazon
A standout force in the UK’s electronic music scene, Blue Amazon rose to prominence in the '90s with iconic tracks like "No Other Love", "And Then the Rain Falls", and "Coming Home"—each making waves on the UK Singles Chart. Known for a genre-blurring sound that fuses progressive house and trance, Blue Amazon has left a lasting mark on the global dance landscape. Now, they’re set to bring all the hits and classic energy to the N.E.O.S. crowd, get ready, clubbers!

Mark Kavanagh
One of the country’s most legendary and decorated DJs returns! Often hailed as the godfather of Irish dance music, Mark Kavanagh is set to take you on a journey back to the golden days of clubbing in Dublin, expect nothing but pure nostalgia and timeless anthems.

Jacko (Mark Jackson)
A true pioneer of the Irish rave scene, Jacko began his journey at the legendary Circus, Circus in Banbridge—one of the first clubs to bring rave culture to Irish shores. He went on to play at the iconic Kilwaughter House alongside resident Gleave Dobbin, before moving to The Network Club in Belfast, where he truly established his sound. Blending vocal house with deep, progressive grooves, Jacko helped shape the foundation of Northern Ireland’s club culture.

Darren Flynn
Rising through the Irish DJ scene in the late ’90s, Darren held key residencies in Dublin and became station manager at Kiss FM. He secured the main resident spot at the iconic Temple Theatre, sharing decks with dance music legends. As a producer, Darren was the only Irish artist signed to legendary BXR Records and gained acclaim as one half of Flynn & Denton, whose track Say My Name is considered a modern trance classic. His work regularly features on A State of Trance and top trance labels worldwide.

Nordine Chigara
Starting out at just 15, Nordine quickly became a key player in Ireland’s club scene, holding residencies across numerous venues—including the iconic superclub South in Tramore. He made his mark as a resident at Clubspace in Wexford from 1999 to 2003, and is known for his seamless fusion of house and techno. Over the years, he’s supported legends like Green Velvet, Phil Kieran, and Billy Nasty, always delivering flawless warm-up sets.

Podje
Podje built his reputation as a dance music DJ during a decade-long residency in the ’90s at The Kitchen Nightclub, owned by U2, where he was the main resident. He also held residencies in Manchester, Belfast, and Boston, and was the Irish Cream resident for all Cream events in Ireland. In the early 2000s, Podje formed the band Ridgewalkers, releasing the UK and European dance chart-topper “Find” in 2002. After a break for family, he returned to production in 2016, collaborating with vocalist Ingrid Madsen and releasing music worldwide under “Podje & Ping” and “4SuMotion,” including two albums.

Computer (Gareth Donald)
From Circus Circus to Kellys and Asylum Nightclub, Computer has played at some of the most iconic clubs Ireland has ever seen. We’re thrilled to have him back to rock the decks for us!

Neal McClelland
With over 35 years in electronic music, Neal McClelland is a veteran DJ, producer, and broadcaster who emerged from Belfast’s 1980s rave scene. Known for his genre-blending sets, he’s one half of Cristobal & Jamiez, crafting tribal house, and collaborates with Nathan X on innovative new projects.

Neal hosts Downtown Drivetime on Downtown Radio, plus shows on Select Radio, Frisk, and Freedom FM, while also writing for XS Noize. Whether behind the decks or on air, he continues to shape and support the global dance music scene.

Lee Paul
Lee Paul began his DJ journey at just 16 as a resident for the under-18s nights at Circus Circus, quickly progressing to the legendary all-nighters by 17. At 18, a last-minute set at a Judge Jules night at The Coach led to a 15-year residency at one of Ireland’s most iconic venues. Now, years later, Lee continues to celebrate that legacy by running the hugely popular Coach Classics nights.

Derek Cully
A dedicated force in the Irish dance scene, Derek Cully has spent years DJing, promoting, and hosting shows on numerous radio stations. He’s the driving force behind the hugely successful History of house (Dublin), booking legends like Alex P, Brandon Block, Danny Gould, Anne Savage, and a who's who of local talent. Known for his passion and persistence, Cully continues to be a mainstay on the Irish DJ circuit.

Back to DJ for us are two of Navan’s finest selectors, Samjay (John Nolan) and Scott McCabe two of the best DJs you’ll find in the country. Making his NEOS debut is Kenn Daz, a local talent known around town for his dynamic, high-energy sets.
