"I am a French west indian ceramist based in Loire Valley. I am inspired by nature to create beautiful and useful objects just waiting to be touched. I throw pieces in stoneware and porcelain, complex and elegant, with original decorations engraved freehand. I create my own glazes that highlight the geometric and round shapes that I love. I have long repressed my creative and whimsical side: I now know that I cannot spend a day without creating, whether in my head or with clay.”

"My artistic journey merges my Iranian roots with nine years of life in Nigeria. I create in oil and mixed media, blending gold leaf, velvet powder, and acrylic on canvas. My work explores womanhood, emotional depth, and cultural hybridity. I often depict powerful women surrounded by flowers and Persian motifs, reflecting silence, resilience, and divine connection. My current series bridges nostalgia, strength, and identity through poetic visuals. Each piece is layered between memory and emotion.”

"My artworks are rarely about satisfying one’s eyes (I rather make minds think and hearts leap) and incorporate acrylic mediums, vintage artefacts, fibers, human hair and 3D lacing. Mixed media enables me to reach out, offer layers, create shadows or conceal details, inviting viewers to see what is inside or beyond.”

" I’m an artist and educator exploring how emotion lives in the body in gestures, stillness, and unspoken tension. My paintings reflect experiences of displacement, memory, and fragility, shaped by years of living in migration. Since 2014, I’ve been teaching drawing and painting, helping students of all ages rediscover their visual thinking. Teaching keeps my practice alive and grounded. The roles of artist and teacher are deeply connected for me — both rooted in empathy, attention, and patience.”
