Nothing more elegant and fancy than a mac and cheese, right?

So simple and yum! Full recipe! - 1/4 cup of butter - 1 tbs garlic - 1/4 cup of lemon juice (I like mine very lemony so use less if you don’t!) - Lemon zest to taste - 1 cup of pasta water - 1/2 cup of Parmesan (add in slowly) - I used 1 (ish) pound of fettuccine - Salt and pepper to taste (I recommend a lot of pepper) If it’s too thick, add more Parmesan, if it’s too thin, add more pasta water!

I loveee one pan meals! Full recipe: 1 large zucchini 2 bell pepppers (I use yellow and orange) 1/2 a yellow onion 1 container cherry tomatoes 2-3 tbs olive oil Salt and pepper to taste 1 block feta cheese I use about 3/4 box of pasta :)

So easy and good! Full recipe: - 2 tbs sesame oil or vegetable oil - 3 eggs - 3 cups of rice (I usually do 1 egg to 1 cup of rice) - 1 tbs soy sauce - 1/2 tbs sesame oil - 1 tbs chicken bouillon seasoning (you can skip this and just add garlic and onion powder and more soy sauce to taste) - 1/4 cup of green onion
