The phone is constantly ringing, email and text notifications are buzzing and you smile because your small business is blooming. You’re out with friends or family celebrating life and success. Suddenly your smile is replaced with a look of worry. “Did I send that invoice? Did I send a thank you email? Did I overbook on any event?”. Think of me as the “Nanny” for your business. My job as your Virtual assistant is to take care of your business matters while you're on vacation, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying your success. Quality customer service goes a long way and it can “make or break” a small business. It’s reassuring having an assistant that loves your business as much as you do. One that treats it like a child, making sure that it is up to date with information, promotions, events, and overall professional etc.
