Despite cannabis being legal both recreationally and medically in the state of Oregon, there are still many barriers regarding cannabis not being federally legal, one of which is banking. In Oregon, there are currently only two banking institutions that allow cannabis business accounts, which are WAUNA Credit Union and MAPS Credit Union
