Oceano Kitchen definitely falls into the "where do we start" category. The culinary accolades of husband and wife team Jeremy and Cindy Bearman are impressive to say the least, but what they have created here is hard to pin down on a resume.
Located off East Ocean Ave in Lantana sits their 1,000-square-foot space with a recognizable yellow awning. With primarily casual outdoor seating, the approachable restaurant makes you feel at ease on arrival. But what they offer on the menu, created daily we might add, is anything but ordinary.
We could keep blabbing about Pastry Chef Cindy Bearman's art-like desserts, or maybe how Chef Jeremy Bearman pealed each fava bean by hand for one of the dishes we featured — but it's probably best you grab the latest issue or give it a read on the web.
