Hawaiian Shrimp Scampi 🌴🧄🍤
Crispy shrimp tossed in a buttery garlic-lemon sauce… you’ll want to serve this over a mountain of steamed rice 🤤

Ingredients:
1 lb U15 shrimp (shell-on, deveined, head-off)
1 head garlic, minced
1/4 cup corn starch
1/2 cup flour
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tsp salt
1 stick butter
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 lemon (juiced)
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix corn starch, flour, paprika, cayenne powder, and salt.
2. Coat shrimp in the mixture. Shake off any excess.
3. Heat oil + butter in a wok over medium-high heat.
4. Pan-fry shrimp 1–2 min per side in batches. Set aside.
5. Lower heat to medium. Sauté minced garlic in the same pan for 2 mins (add a pinch of salt if using unsalted butter).
6. Squeeze in lemon juice, add shrimp back in, and sauté for 1 more minute.
7. Serve immediately with steamed rice!
