As we have learned today of Danny O'Day's retirement from WCON, the BRGMA would like to thank him for his work promoting Gospel music through his radio program, "Suppertime Gospel" for the past twenty-two years. Danny, we will miss your familiar voice every evening on WCON, and we wish for you God's blessings.

The BRGMA congratulates two of our members on winning awards at the Georgia Country Gospel Music Assn. Gail Guynn won "Female Vocalist" and "Songwriter of the Year". And, Frankie Wilson won "Video of the Year" and "Most Promising Male Vocalist of the Year".
