This is what i do to fix a weak sourodugh starter! I feed a HIGH ratio every 12 hours for a couple of days. This means the starter stays on the counter. Ill use my starter then return it to the fridge, unless I want to keep feeding every 12 hours. Depening on your elevation, temperature in your home and the type of flour you’re feeding you may not *need* to feed every 12 hours, but I recommend it.
