Angel Mama,

To you, STILL a mother in every way.

Your arms may be empty but your heart holds a LOVE that’ll never fade.

You are seen, remembered, and forever a MOTHER.

Life is hard and we are not promised a perfect life and may never have all the answers as to why things happen

But please don’t lose FAITH and give yourself space to feel your feelings.

Cry, pray, and stay close to GOD no matter what!

Be BRAVE! Yes, brave and let yourself feel the pain instead of pushing it away.

Speak the name of your baby or give a name to the baby you lost.

Show up when it’s HARD and ask for help.

Love and HOPE again, knowing the risk.

Do it all but with GRACE, remembering that just showing up sometimes is enough.

Don’t beat yourself up if it’s not today, try again tomorrow.

Until then COMMUNITY is here waiting

Next Monday will be my daughter’s 2nd heavenly birthday so I decided to take that day off. To my surprise my work family...

Next Monday will be my daughter’s 2nd heavenly birthday so I decided to take that day off. To my surprise my work family surprised me early on today to remember her special day along with my foundation Tyrah Lives . This month also makes 1 year since the foundation was officially formed.

Sharing this as a reminder that it’s okay to tell people how to show up for you, it’s okay to share even when it’s hard. It was by far a hard decision I had to do and I am happy I did and will continue to do so.

I could’ve imagined walking this journey without their support. My work family has been with me since the first day I found out Tyrah’s diagnosis and has never left my side. We’ve cried together and celebrated together.

I appreciate them more than they know! 💕

This month I don’t just remember my sweet baby girl but all Angel moms who’ve had pregnancy or infant loss. Thinking of you today and always!!
