Yesterday we had an incredible afternoon of at The Spice of Life - Soho in , courtesy of Kick Down The Doors PR . I've heard Georgia Crandon perform her finale of The iconic cover of many times. Often the fans of that controversial cover by in 1978 have asked why Georgia Crandon covers such an iconic classic that cannot be challenged. The original cover set a tone for punk rebellion back then as it mocked the polished tone of the version, historically performed by . But nearly 50 years on, given Georgia's phenominal vocal, I beleive her version has merit that sits firmly between the two versions, bridging a gap between them. This was the LIVE version performed in last April. Shes recorded a studio EP containing this and three other covers produced by the fantastic Darren Bazzoni.
