For a people and civilization to survive, adapt and progress in the twenty first century, information is not only important, it is critical. Apart from restrictions imposed by our political masters, there are hurdles posed by language and affordability. In order to correct this situation, we intend to gradually make available information that is relevant to our people – information that forms the historical, cultural, political, educational and other wealth and treasures of the Tibetan people. We hope and pray that our work will bear fruit and that Tibetans and Tibet lovers will join us and make full use of our information during this critical period of our history.

ཡིན་ཡང་ཡིད་སྐྱོ་བ་ཞིག་ལ་ང་ཚོའི་མི་རིགས་རང་ཡུལ་ལ་གནས་པ་དེ་ཚོར་བོད་ཀྱི་སྐོར་གནས་ཚུལ་འདེམ་སྒྲུག་བྱས་ནས་དམ་བསྒྲགས་ཡོད་པ་རེད།ང་ཚོ་མང་པོར་ད་ལྟའི་ཆབ་སྲིད་བདག་པོས་གནས་ཚུལ་ལ་དམ་བསྒྲགས་བྱས་པ་མ་ཟད་འཚོ་དངུལ་དང་སྐད་ཡིག་སོགས་ཀྱི་དཀའ་ངལ་དེ་འདྲ་ཡང་ཡོད་སྲིད།
གནས་སྟངས་འདི་སེལ་བའི་ཆེད་དུ་ང་ཚོས་རིམ་གྱིས་བོད་མི་ལ་འབྲེལ་བ་ཡོད་པའི་གནས་ཚུལ་དྲ་རྒྱ་ལ་ཡར་འདེགས་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཡིན། གནས་ཚུལ་དེ་ཚོ་ནི་ང་ཚོ་བོད་མི་སྤྱི་པའི་ལོ་རྒྱུས་དང་ རིག་གཞུང་ ཆབ་སྲིད་ ཤེས་བྱ་ཡོན་ཏན་ ཆོས་སོགས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུ་ནོར་གྱི་བང་མཛོད་ནས་བཏོན་གྱི་ཡིན།
