In 2018, we had an interview with a Palestinian who started an enterprise to help other Palestinian women.

“My parents were both born in the Gaza Strip in Palestine. I grew up learning of their hardship and how my grandparents had to leave to give them a better life because of the war conditions. The people of the Jerash ‘Gaza’ Refugee Camp are all descendants of the Gaza Strip area, who had to flee during the 1967 war and ended up in Jordan.

I see the difficulties the camp faces, simply because they are from Gaza, and that to me makes me feel a sense of responsibility to truly give back to the camp in that way.”

Founder Noora Sharrab has merged the tradition soap making with the marketplace.

KNOW US

INKLINE is an international media platform that features positive news (solution-focused, no fluff), interviews with go-getters championing sociocultural causes, stories of people living their purposes and chasing passions amid adversities, and various sources of inspiration (from book reviews to film insights) — all to show the diversity, beauty, and goodness of the world.

MISSION AND VISION

The entire Y-generation has been brought up on the core idea that the discovery of one’s passion ultimately leads to the fulfilment of life’s purpose; that we’re all bound to change the world in one way or another. But for all we know, how many of us do give chase? How many of us have been lucky enough to realise what our true passions are? And how many of us lucky ones have had the opportunity to turn our causes into reality? Easier said than done, right? That’s what we thought too.

INKLINE aspires to be a source of inspiration and motivation for both the lucky and not-so-lucky emerging adults (the scientifically correct term for the 20-somethings, apparently) out there in search of the worthwhile.
