“We’re not gonna disrespect the Hulkster. That’s what we’re not gonna do okay?! We’re not going to be disrespecting the legendary Hulk Hogan.

I don’t care if he had some controversy outside of the ring. I don’t care if he endorsed whoever…we’re talking about one of the most original characters in American pop culture history alright.

We’re talking about a guy who created something from his imagination that captured the world’s attention. Men, women, and children all knew who Hulk Hogan was. We’re not gonna disrespect the Hulkster for the joy he gave.

“I’ve had ideas that will probably be in my new book since they never came to fruition that I’ll tell people about that would shock people. Really nasty, scary, bad guy heel stuff.

Now we’ve landed into a situation where, if I’m not able to really get solid heat, I still got to entertain people. It’s World Wrestling Entertainment…people have to be entertained. So my mind has shifted away from getting nuclear heat because I haven’t really been permitted to get that.

I have ideas to be the most vile character anyone has ever seen as a villain. I’ve submitted them. I’m very happy to be in the show, and I’ll do what everybody asks me to do, but I would have taken things so much farther.”
