THE EURYTHMICS MEETS MACARTHUR PARK AND BEETLEJUICE IN CHURCH? .. well sort of.... ;-)
In the spirit of the brand new sequel "Beetlejuice Beetlejuice" to the 88 horror comedy classic "Beetlejuice" that featured Donna Summer's smash hit "MacArthur Park" here is our turbo charged cover of The Eurythmics "Revival" that Keith Kemper and myself Nivek Tek made featuring the glorious Diva from the UK Ange Lloyd and her brother Adam Martin.
I wrote and composed the very dramatic "MacArthur Park-esque intro that then launches into a full on Gospel house anthem!
Not too shabby for a bunch of white people ;-)

I'm REALLY proud of this project that I did with my friends Keith MusicProducer Kemper and Raquela.
I REALLY channeled my inner Black Box.
I am totally obsessed with the 90s house sound, especially since I lived through all of it!
I even had this inspiration to have Raquela do a oooohhhh that was a tribute to both Black Box and Diana Ross & The Supremes that just like everything else, Raquela totally nailed!
In fact we totally nailed this project from A to Z!
I'm very grateful to everyone who was involved.
I know Taylor Dayne would be proud of our little tribute.
Raquela and Keith MusicProducer Kemper are incredible talents that I feel so lucky and blessed to have gotten to work with.

TODAY IS FEAR OF FABULOUS DAY!
Today is International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia! Everyone deserves to live free – no matter who they are or whom they love.
What better way to celebrate this auspicious occasion but with the very colorful video for my 4th solo single "Lover".
"Lover" also features the incredible talents of music producers Keith MusicProducer Kemper and myself ( Nivek Tek) as well as the fabulous DIVA and International Recording Artist Raquela.
The FAB-U-LOUS team of Theo MonStar and Aunt Gore (Lora Friess) better known to the TikTok and Youtube universe as "Trash People From The Dump", made and starred in the video.

REST IN PEACE GIGGLES (MARIA RESPETO)
In about 96, I was the Head of A&R for a dance music label called MicMac Records.
I was hired to handle the European and International dance market by giving much needed exposure to International dance music artists in the USA, as well as act as Head of A&R to help discover and cultivate burgeoning Freestyle and dance artists in the US.
I was surprised that one of the biggest Freestyle record labels on the planet wanted me to head up such a prestigious and coveted position, especially since my Spanish was terrible and my knowledge and experience of Freestyle was extremely limited.
I was not surprised when my first job was to create yet another Freestyle compilation of the label, instead of doing what I was actually hired to do.
At the time, I only knew the top Freestyle artists and Giggles was one of them.
I decided to put together like a Greatest Hits of my favorite Freestyle artists and of course for political reasons, a few artists made it to the compilation that I did not intend to be on it.
However, I was a big fan of Giggles, especially my favorite "What Comes Around Goes Around" so I put it on my compilation "Freestyles Greatest Divas VOL 3" along with some other heavy hitters like Lisette Melendez and Debby Deb.
It was such an honor to have Giggles on my compilation.
I just heard today of Giggles (Maria's) untimely passing.
My heart and my deepest condolences goes out to her family, friends and fans.
Her brilliance will be missed.
Rest in peace in that great big dance club in the sky!
