More than a reminder

In John 14:26, Jesus consoles his followers by promising the coming of the Holy Spirit, the divine Comforter. This commitment goes beyond mere presence; it implies an active role in our lives. The Holy Spirit not only walks beside us but also immerses us in the understanding of Jesus' teachings.

One of its functions is to remind us, in crucial moments, of the fundamental truths that shape our physical and spiritual being.

When facing crossroads, challenges, or decisions, the Holy Spirit is ready to act, reminding us of the essential lessons of love, mercy, and truth that Jesus imparted.

Its presence serves as a spiritual compass, illuminating the path toward a life aligned with divine purpose.

The readiness of the Holy Spirit to act not only reveals God's faithfulness but also underscores the importance of staying connected to spiritual truth. In the journey of faith, the divine Comforter is a constant reminder that we are not alone and that Jesus' teachings are eternal, guiding us toward a deeper understanding and a life that reflects His transformative love.

Más que un recordatorio

En Juan 14:26, Jesús consuela a sus seguidores prometiendo la venida del Espíritu Santo, el Consolador divino.
Este compromiso va más allá de una mera presencia; implica una acción activa en nuestras vidas. El Espíritu Santo no solo camina a nuestro lado, sino que también nos sumerge en la comprensión de las enseñanzas de Jesús.
Una de sus funciones es recordarnos, en momentos cruciales, las verdades fundamentales que dan forma a nuestro ser carnal y espiritual.

Cuando nos enfrentamos a encrucijadas, desafíos o decisiones, el Espíritu Santo está listo para actuar, recordándonos las lecciones esenciales de amor, misericordia y verdad que Jesús impartió.

Su presencia es una brújula espiritual, iluminando el camino hacia una vida alineada con el propósito divino.

La disposición del Espíritu Santo para actuar no solo revela la fidelidad de Dios, sino que también destaca la importancia de mantenernos conectados con la verdad espiritual. En la travesía de la fe, el Consolador divino es un recordatorio constante de que no estamos solos y de que las enseñanzas de Jesús son eternas, guiándonos hacia una comprensión más profunda y una vida que refleje su amor transformador.

Unnecessary Burdens
MATTHEW 6:25

The Teacher advises his followers not to succumb to constant worry about life's basic needs, such as food, drink, or clothing. This teaching goes beyond a mere exhortation; it is an invitation to reflect on the fundamental priorities of existence.

Jesus emphasizes the transcendence of life and the body, suggesting that these elements are more significant than the daily concerns about food and clothing. The depth of this message lies in its call to shift attention from earthly anxieties to a higher understanding of existence.

The essence of the advice lies in placing complete trust in God, recognizing that His superior strength takes care of basic needs, allowing us to focus on cultivating a full and meaningful life.

In Matthew 6:25, Jesus urges his followers to free themselves from unnecessary burdens, trust in divine guidance, and devote themselves to building a life that transcends material concerns, focusing on the essence of existence.

Life is becoming shorter every day, and concerns are growing larger—more illnesses, more global conflicts, and political strife, more problems with ideologies. The foundation of anxiety in our society is the uncertainty of the present and the future.

Let us trust in God.

Cargas innecesarias
MATEO 6:25

El Maestro aconseja a sus seguidores que no se suman en la preocupación constante por las necesidades básicas de la vida, como la comida, la bebida o la ropa. La enseñanza va más allá de una simple exhortación; es una invitación a reflexionar sobre las prioridades fundamentales de la existencia.

Jesús destaca la trascendencia de la vida y el cuerpo, sugiriendo que estos elementos son más significativos que las preocupaciones diarias por la alimentación y el vestuario. La profundidad de este mensaje radica en su llamado a desviar la atención de las ansiedades terrenales y dirigirla hacia una comprensión más elevada de la existencia.

La esencia del consejo radica en confiar plenamente en Dios, reconocer que su fuerza superior es la que cuida de las necesidades básicas, permitiéndonos enfocar en cultivar una vida plena y significativa.

Jesús, en Mateo 6:25 insta a sus seguidores a liberarse de las cargas innecesarias, confiar en la guía divina y dedicarse a construir una vida que trascienda las preocupaciones materiales, centrándose en la esencia misma de la existencia.

La vida cada día es más corta y las preocupaciones más grandes , más enfermedades, más conflictos mundiales y política, más problemas de ideologías. La base de la ansiedad en nuestra sociedad es la incertidumbre del presente y el mañana.

Confiemos en Dios.

Jesús, el Amigo de los Pecadores

En los Evangelios, encontramos una poderosa representación de Jesús como el amigo compasivo de los pecadores y el compañero de aquellos considerados sin valor. Su ministerio refleja un profundo amor y aceptación que trasciende las normas sociales.

**Lucas 15:1-2 (NVI):**
"Todos los recaudadores de impuestos y los pecadores se acercaban a Jesús para escucharlo. Los fariseos y los maestros de la ley murmuraban: 'Este hombre recibe a los pecadores y come con ellos.'"

**Mateo 11:19 (NVI):**
"Vino el Hijo del hombre, que come y bebe, y dicen: 'Ahí tienen a un glotón y bebedor, amigo de recaudadores de impuestos y pecadores'. Pero la sabiduría ha quedado demostrada por sus obras."

La disposición de Jesús a asociarse con aquellos considerados marginados nos desafía a abrazar la compasión y la gracia en nuestras interacciones con los demás, reconociendo la valía inherente de cada individuo.

Jesus, the Friend of Sinners

In the Gospels, we find a powerful depiction of Jesus as the compassionate friend of sinners and the companion of the seemingly worthless. His ministry reflects a profound love and acceptance that transcends societal norms.

**Luke 15:1-2 (NIV):**
"Now the tax collectors and sinners were all gathering around to hear Jesus. But the Pharisees and the teachers of the law muttered, 'This man welcomes sinners and eats with them.'"

**Matthew 11:19 (NIV):**
"The Son of Man came eating and drinking, and they say, 'Here is a glutton and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and sinners.' But wisdom is proved right by her deeds."

Jesus' willingness to associate with those considered outcasts challenges us to embrace compassion and grace in our interactions with others, recognizing the inherent worthiness of every individual.
