🎬 Unified Rule for Participation in the WORLD FILM PRESENTATION Project
📍 All festivals and filmmakers hosted on the platform https://worldfilmpresentation.com are required to follow this Unified Rule for participation in the WORLD FILM PRESENTATION film festival aggregator.
🎯 1. Project Goal
🌍 WORLD FILM PRESENTATION is an international platform dedicated to promoting films and festivals worldwide.
We bring together filmmakers and audiences in a shared creative space.
📅 2. Festival Format
▪️ All festivals hosted on the platform take place during 2025–2026
▪️ Festivals are held four times a year, at the end of each season:
🍁 Autumn | ❄️ Winter | 🌸 Spring | ☀️ Summer
▪️ Each festival runs for 10 days
▪️ The format is an online Gala screening
🎥 3. Filmmakers’ Rights
▪️ Every filmmaker who submits a film or trailer is guaranteed an online screening
▪️ If preferred, a trailer may be submitted instead of a full film — this will be considered full participation
▪️ All films and trailers are published on the festival’s page on the WORLD FILM PRESENTATION platform
🌐 4. Technical Requirements
▪️ Filmmakers must upload their film or trailer to YouTube as a private (unlisted) video
▪️ The link must be made public 3 days before the festival and remain accessible for 10 days
▪️ The festival will post this link on its page to make it available to viewers
🤝 5. Participation of New Festivals
▪️ Any film festival owner may apply to join the project

▪️ Participation of a new festival is subject to approval by the project administration

▪️ All films submitted to the platform are guaranteed to be shown at Gala screenings held 4 times a year
▪️ Films and trailers are made available for public viewing and voting
▪️ A transparent voting system helps determine winners in various categories
💳 8. Participation Fee
▪️ Participation fees are paid via PayPal through the WORLD FILM PRESENTATION platform
▪️ Payment confirms the inclusion of the film in the Gala screening program
⚖️ 9. Right to Amend Rules
▪️ The project organizers reserve the right to amend these rules at any time
▪️ All updates will be published on the platform’s official page
