Our main objective is to help publicize cases of wrongful convictions, and the reasoning behind their occurrences. The site provides exclusive coverage of each case it selects, and continues such coverage until justice has been rendered. The cases selected by this site do not require DNA evidence as a requisite. An inmate's innocence can be shown by other objective evidence, and by a presentation of prosecutorial misconduct, such as the withholding of exculpatory evidence.

No, Really it's free! We started this project with one major idea, Free. There are alot of sources for genealogy and ancestry online but we began to get frustrated with the monopoly that have gobbled up all the resouces and that promise, free search, only to discover a hidden fee to get the results....

Troy Davis is scheduled to be executed next week in Georgia for a murder he has always said he didn’t commit. There are serious doubts about the evidence used to convict Davis, and the Innocence Project is demanding that the Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles postpone his ex*****on so the evidence can be thoroughly reviewed. Davis was convicted almost exclusively on the basis of unreliable eyewitness identification testimony.
