Professional photography has been my job for a very long time now, I started as a full time professional back on 2003 after working as an apprentice for a couple of years. Back then “Digital” was just a different type of watch, and the job as a photographer was a completely different landscape it is now. I would shoot on anything from 35mm to 120mm and the local photography lab new all the profess

ionals by name. However by 2005 the Digital Camera revolution was here and the company I worked for who had its roots in film processing struggled to adapt sadly ended up going in to administration thus Andrew McCoy Photography ltd was born. However since my dad took my stabilisers off my bike in 1983 my life’s love has been bikes, in fact I first decided to do photography after having successful photos published in MBUK of my mates riding bikes in a “readers rides” section back in the mid 90s. So after more than 15 years photographing weddings, family portraits and pets, that side the business is now someone else to take care of, all I expect to do these days is ride, take photos and write about bikes.
