Hey guys 🥰 it’s been a while. After 4 months without consuming social media I learned this:

- I went from 4hours to under 1hour daily average screen time 🤯
- Comparison is just a waste of time, time that can be spent on making myself a better version
- Without distractions, I can focus on a whole other level. Actually making things happen
- My family is what matters most in life
- It’s impossible to please everyone (and a waste of time), I’m such a people pleaser but I’m trying to be 100% myself, and those who don’t like 👋

If you have thought about doing a “social media detox”, go for it! It can really make a huge difference in so many ways ✨
