Here’s what I’m focusing on:
- Balanced meals 🍽️(carbs, fat, protein)
- Whole foods 🍠(as little processed foods as possible)
- Colorful 🥑(adding greens and veggies into sauces, stews, smoothies)

Meal prep saves time and money. But who wants to eat the same meal over and over? Noooot me.

How my meal prep plans work 📝
1️⃣ Get the shopping list and grocieries for the week
2️⃣ Meal prep a few components (I like Sundays for this)
3️⃣ Follow the plan and put together the 10 different meals with the prepped components, throughout the week (swipe to see some meals)

✅ Less than 2 hours meal prep
✅ 10 healthy plant based meals ready for the week with minimal to no cooking

Hey guys 🥰 it’s been a while. After 4 months without consuming social media I learned this:

- I went from 4hours to under 1hour daily average screen time 🤯
- Comparison is just a waste of time, time that can be spent on making myself a better version
- Without distractions, I can focus on a whole other level. Actually making things happen
- My family is what matters most in life
- It’s impossible to please everyone (and a waste of time), I’m such a people pleaser but I’m trying to be 100% myself, and those who don’t like 👋

If you have thought about doing a “social media detox”, go for it! It can really make a huge difference in so many ways ✨
