Like f.ex these 4 brilliant and obscure classics by the late Marcus Fjellström, all for 12.90€ each during the remaining month now! Totally underrated run of masterpieces from Marcus, which i hope will get it´s deserved recognition sometime in the future.

DEAF CENTER - “PALE RAVINE” 20 year anniversary CD edition. PRE-ORDER FROM THIS WEDNESDAY 7th, MAY https://www.mi-so-store.com/

Believe it or not, but “Pale Ravine”, Deaf Center´s classic debut album, is celebrating 20 years in 2025(!). There has been no CD edition since the last Type records pressing about 18 years ago, so it was about time. This is also the first time the extended version appears on CD, which was released on a 2LP edition in 2016 (with another re-press in 2022).

“Pale Ravine’ is the debut full-length realization of Erik K Skodvin and Otto A Totland under the Deaf Center moniker. The album, back then made in their mid 20ies, is an other-wordly sound collagé to Norwegian nature, theatricality and old silent films. The two musicians have looked deep into their own family histories to piece together a dusty and nostalgic epic, blending elements of classical and electronic music with an array of field recordings and a lot of fog.”
