The Betsey Mills Club wants to thank The Woman’s Home Board for this incredibly generous gift to completely renovate the bathrooms in our women’s dorms. As we are nearing our centennial in 2027 I’m so proud to say the BMC has remained true to William Mills original mission in memory of his wife Betsey to care for women, children and the community. The renovation project is not just going to change the physical space it will elevate the lives of all the women who reside here. I’m truly grateful to the ladies from The Woman’s Home whose dedication to the care if women in our community has no boundaries. We also want to thank Britani Merritt and The Marietta Community Foundation for all you have done to bring this together.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 20th, and come celebrate the magic of the season with us in the Parkersburg City Park at the Harvest Moon Festival! 🍂🎶

This family-friendly event will be filled with:

Admission is $5 per person and proceeds go towards all Wood County Rec programs and events!

Mark your calendars on October 2 from 2:30-7 p.m. for our "Wild About Reading Literacy Night". This will be the same evening as our parent teacher conferences so feel free to come early or stay after (or both) and have some fun with us. We will be in the cafeteria and there will be games, food, activities and so much more!

Thanksgiving Turkey Pre-Orders!

Once the kiddos are back in school I go into full time fall mode! 🍁 If you are the same and already planning your Thanksgiving meal, our pasture-raised turkeys are now available for pre-order at the River City Farmers Market, the Belpre Farmers’ Market and the Route 40 Farmer's Market Cambridge.

Details:
🦃 Our turkeys are pasture-raised at our farm in Marietta and processed fresh the Monday before Thanksgiving. That means your turkey will never be frozen!
🦃 Pick up with be Tuesday, November 25 - Cambridge & Caldwell (afternoon)
Marietta & Williamstown (evening)
🦃 Deposit ($25) is due when order is placed. This will be deducted from your final cost.
🦃 We staggered our turkeys (and have more!) this year to have a wider variety of sizes - which means good news for those that request small birds!
🦃 While we can’t guarantee a particular size, we will do our best to get a bird to you in the size range you prefer.
