What you tell your littles DOES stick & they ARE listening. Grace is 4 & sometimes when I’m speaking to my kids because they’re so small I can sometimes underestimate their ability to grasp what I’m saying, especially when we talk about Jesus. Every time they tell me they’re afraid, I tell them we don’t have the spirit of fear & that they should pray for Jesus to protect them & guide them(we talk about the practical as well). We are so intentional because we want them to operate from wisdom. So to hear the trickling from my 4 yr old to my 1 yr old of what my husband and I speak to them and over them gives me encouragement that in time rivers will flow from them.

He who believes in me from his intermost being will flow continually rivers of living water.

It may not seem that deep, but it is though.
