Very cool to be a part of the renaming of Post 4562 in honor of Denver “Bull” Randleman in Texarkana, just 3 miles from where he lived.

June, a Randleman niece, was the ribbon-cutter.

So excited that “Draftee Marches with the Band of Brothers” is a finalist in two categories of this prestigious book competition. My illustrator, Art by Dawn Secord, really spent a lot of time to bring Draftee to life.

It is very exciting to share that several pieces of my artwork as well as the illustrations for a children's book (Draftee Marches with the Band of Brothers - Author, Chris Langlois) have been selected as finalists in the annual Dog Writers Association of America competition. What an honor. A huge thank you to Chair Merrie Meyers and all those who made this competition possible.
