This. For years I have always compared my success with the success of others and it's so unhealthy. Not to say don't stop pushing and reaching for the stars, but we're all on our own journey. It's only really in the past year I've looked around to see what I've accomplished, and am very grateful to where I am today. 🙌

I’m my chosen career, the level of insecurity is through the meters. Other artists often value themselves compared to the success of others. Who is booked at what club or festival, who has a hit record, or more social media followers. At the end of the day you can’t be the other artist, you can only be the artist you are meant to be. We all have a different journey and musical experience that contributes to what we do. If everyone was the same artist and made and played the same music it would be boring as all hell. So instead of hating or comparing yourself to someone else’s success or trajectory, be the baddest mo********er you can be with your vision and your journey so it can’t be duplicated.

One of my earliest inspirations for getting into electronic music and getting into production. Such a sad day for the dance music world.

Just goes to show no matter what you have mental health problems can always arise, even in the most unlikely people.

Keep an eye out guys, look after yourself, and more importantly if you notice any different signs in others look out for them also, you never know whats going on in their own minds.
