Since July 31st, the Nigerian military has been heavily assaulting several villages in Isiagu, Ebonyi State, and this morning, they are setting fire to the homes of people suspected of being IPOB members.

Reports indicate that they have set fire to at least 5 houses this morning in the Isiagu community of Ebonyi State and villagers have evacuated from their homes into the bushes because of heavy military shooting this morning.

Anambra: Court Discharge And Acquits 17Yr Old IPOB Activist

An Ekwulobia High Court sitting in Anambra State, has discharged and Acquited a 17year Old IPOB activist.

The activist who was erroneously apprehended in 2023 regained his freedom, after a Three years legal combat led by Bar. Chijioke Onwe Ogeh

The IPOB Head Of Directorates Of State, who supervised the legal and Welfare tenacious efforts, wholeheartedly appreciate the combined Team efforts, that birthed this resounding victory.

The victim who rejoined his family in excitement, called for the freedom of IPOB Leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and reaffirmed his stance towards Biafra restoration.

This evening on 24/07/2025, some group of auto criminals and their kidnapping gangs arrived in Obinetiti Arondizugo, burning at least 6 houses and taking the lives of numerous innocent villagers in Obinetiti Arondizugo, Imo state .

Additionally, the residence of the late Mazi Godwin Okeke from Ndianiche Obinetiti Arondizuogu was also torched by this criminal group.
Reports indicate that the chief of the criminal group known as "Angle makeup" is the one who lead the operation alongside his fellow auto criminal gang members, some of them are Ndubuisi, Dragon Biafra , Sugarboy and others .

• IPOB's Liaison Office in Spain: IPOB has secured a liaison office in Spain, which will serve as a vital link for diplomatic engagement and communication with Biafrans worldwide. This office aims to promote Biafran cultural heritage, trade, investment, and economic development.

• Participation in 10th Annual Igbo Festival of Arts and Culture (IFAC): IPOB UK will participate in the 10th Annual IFAC in the United Kingdom on July 12, 2025. This festival celebrates Igbo heritage and culture, promoting unity, solidarity, and identity among the Igbo people.

A High Court in Nairobi, Kenya, has ruled that the 2021 abduction and forced transfer of Nnamdi Kanu from Kenya to Nigeria was unlawful, unconstitutional, and a violation of his fundamental rights. The court found both the Kenyan and Nigerian governments responsible for breaching Kanu’s legal protections under Kenyan and international law. Kanu is the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). Justice E.C. Mwita awarded Kanu 10 million Kenyan shillings (approx. USD 77,000) in general damages, stating that Kanu had lawfully entered Kenya but was abducted, detained incommunicado, tortured, and denied due legal process before being illegally transported to Nigeria. The IPOB described the ruling as a landmark victory and a legal vindication of its position that Kanu's transfer was an act of extraordinary rendition, not a lawful extradition. The group called for global accountability for what it labeled as state-sponsored international human rights violations.

We, the grassroots members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), have occasionally shared articles labeled with the names of Emma Powerful or IPOB, only to realize they were fakes. At first glance, these forgeries fooled us, as they did me. But upon closer inspection, we pause and exclaim, “This can’t be from the IPOB we know, cherish, and follow!” We exchange notes, compare insights, and collectively uncover the deception. What seemed like the hand of a familiar dog now reveals itself as the cunning paw of a monkey. This is the spiritual strength of IPOB that our enemies fear: a people united in mind and purpose, unshaken by their schemes to divide us.

A premature press statement from IPOB’s leadership to debunk these fakes could spark confusion, inviting endless back-and-forth that muddies the waters. Instead, our organic process of discernment exposes the truth without amplifying the enemy’s lies.

In the absence of our leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, stands firm, risking their lives to keep the movement alive. Yet, it is Kanu’s messages of hope that bind IPOB members, Biafrans, and even non-Biafrans under one goal: freedom. This is why , a key figure, remains strategically out of the spotlight. His absence from public circulation shields him and his family from global powers eager to target him to dismantle IPOB. His silence is tactical, relying on elusive spokespersons like Emma Powerful and Chinasa Nworu, figures we’ve never seen in person, for public statements and broadcasts. This sends a clear message to the powers that be: IPOB’s sole address for serious negotiations is Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, already in their custody. They must deal with him directly.

The enemies of IPOB dread this unity and resilience. They craft forgeries and sow discord to shatter our collective will, but our spiritual connection and shared purpose endure. IPOB’s strength lies not in visible leaders alone but in the unbreakable spirit of a people determined to be free.

The Nigerian military must be accountable for the recent surge in kidnappings in Abia North.
Those military personnel located at Gregory University are aware of these kidnapping incidents because of some victims
(names withheld ) are making confessions that the military were involved in their ordeal .

The former military commander at Isiukwuato, who was previously reassigned to another location due to his connection with the abduction of one bishop sometimes ago, has been reinstated as the New Army commander in Isiukwuato.

Additionally, the military team "Operation Crush" stationed at the Ozitem junction is also participating in this latest wave of kidnapping . That military officer nicknamed “YELLOW” must be interrogated since he mounted his roadblock at that Ozitem junction numerous kidnappings have been reported under his watch.
