I was so scared
Who was this woman? Why was she trying to stop me?

I tried calling Sam, but he didn't pick up. I felt a knot in my stomach. What was going on?

I took a deep breath and pushed open the door to room 35. The room was beautifully decorated with candles and flowers. Soft music played in the background. And then, I saw Sam.

He was on one knee, holding a ring box. My sister Nora stood beside him, smiling.

Sam looked up at me and smiled. "I've been waiting for you," he said.

I was shocked. What was happening? Why was Nora here?

Sam got up and walked towards me. "I wanted to make this moment special," he said. "Nora helped me plan it."

Nora smiled and nodded. "I designed the room and baked a cake," she said proudly.

The room looked amazing. The cake was beautiful, and the flowers were perfect. I felt overwhelmed with emotion.

Sam got down on his knee again, ring box open. "Will you marry me?" he asked, looking into my eyes.

I was about to nod and accept the ring when suddenly, I remembered the mysterious woman's words. "Don't enter." I shivered as Sam's hand reached out to put the ring on my finger. I quickly removed my hands, my heart racing.

Just then, the door creaked open, and the mysterious woman walked in. She smiled and nodded at Sam. "I see you went ahead with the plan," she said.

Sam smiled back. "You were perfect in the role," he said. "Let me introduce you. This is my cousin sister, Rachel. She helped me plan the surprise."

I felt a mix of relief and embarrassment. Rachel's words were part of the plan?

Just as we were about to celebrate, a man burst into the room. "Sam,don't make the mistake," he said, his voice urgent.
"What are you talking about?" Rachel asked.
The man's eyes fixed onto Sam. "You're rushing into this without telling her the truth," he said.

"My expression changed😫"Can anyone explain what's going on to me?

I had a very strong bond with my younger sister Nora. We lived in Lagos State together for years after the death of our parents. As we were not fortunate enough to attend university like other young girls due to the sudden death of our parents, we therefore worked very hard to survive. Nora was a well-known event planner. "She's talented," my friend Sissy would always say. I worked in a fashion house.

It was almost evening, and the fading sunlight cast a warm glow over our living room.

I smiled as I remembered my appointment with Sam. I had known Sam for two years, and the memories of our time together flashed through my mind. "What a beautiful and sweet relationship we had shared without s*x," I hissed 😏. Sam reminded me of s*xual purity and waiting for the right time.

"Was he tired of waiting too?" I smiled at my stupid thoughts as I gazed at his text once more, my heart skipped a bit.

Our living room seemed quiet as Nora had left; she had gotten a contract the previous night to plan an event and had left for it. I quickly took my bath,and dressed up immediately.

Sam had called when I was in the bathroom. I had to increase my pace. I stopped a bike man who dropped me off in front of the hotel, the building loomed before me. It was the first time Sam had invited me to a hotel.

I opened my WhatsApp again to check if I was in the right place. He said Marriott hotel, room 35. "It is here, sure." I walked slowly through the hallways, my heart pounded as I took steps,

"What's Sam up to?" My hands trembled as I brought out my phone and dialed Sam's number. Just then, a young lady walked past; her face looked unfamiliar, and she had come out from the same room 35. "Was she also in the room?"
"Do not enter" she had said to me and left
I became nervous and needed an explanation of what was happening.

"I'm tired of kisses that never led to anything." I almost said to the ear of my younger sister, who shared the same room with me.

I lived with my younger sister in a single-room apartment; she seemed like a burden to me, But all the same I loved and cared for her 😘😘.

I shifted my gaze to where she was standing. "A very pretty growing girl 😋"I said to myself.

She looked extremely beautiful with her tiny waist. Her hips were large; her physique was giving 😘😘... was it her portable a*s? Oh my goodness 😎🙈! I am speechless.

I watched her comb her long hair with passion, She struggled to pack the hair with a rubber band; she twisted her hands, as if she was in a fight with the poor little rubber... I almost laughed.

"Hey, miss 😘, you wouldn't call for help... right?" I stood from bed to help her do the packing.
"Thanks, good Samaritan; I knew you'd help, so I didn't bother to beg you." She rolled her s*xy eyes. "Ooh, I am now a good Samaritan? You aren't serious..." I hissed.

Her hair was so long; I took my time styling it for her. Trust me, I am a good stylist when it comes to my sister's hair 😁😁. "You look fine now." "You can now go with your big for nothing head."
"At least I have helped you look like a human being; you just looked like a mess with your unpacked hair." "Who knows if you are not one?" I whispered to her ears and took a quick step backward.

This was what Nora loved most
when I cracked jokes with her. She feels heavenly.

I felt surprised with a text on my WhatsApp

"I felt so heartbroken with the news,"
I was lost, my whole hope was lost – hope of building my future with Mark, hope of calling us "Romeo and Juliet," hope of making my parents believe in true love, and hope of proving my friend Sera wrong. All shattered, leaving me with nothing but broken hearts and tears.

I was locked up in my room, not wanting to talk to anyone, not even Mark, who didn't care about me anymore. The silence in my room was interrupted by a ringing tone – Justin Bieber's song "Love" filled the air. My heart cracked like a clay pot. The song added pressure to my tears. I gazed at the phone and managed to reduce the volume.

My heart pounded, fear enveloped my mind. Could it be another sad news? Could it be that Sara had spread the news to my family members? My hands shivered as I picked up the call, and my heart sank immediately I heard, "Hello"..
I tried responding but the line went dead
Panic ran through my vein like ice cold water..the wall clock was the only noise heard in my room then.... Every tick of the clock seemed to amplify the fear that gripped my heart

I dialed the number that just called my line and i found out I was blocked already
"They have heard the news too?",
Unanswered questions filled my mind

Suddenly a text message beeped on my phone, my heart skipped a beat. Who was this? I checked the number, but it wasn't saved in my contacts. An unsaved number, unknown .
I wondered what they wanted from me... Was it a threat, a warning, or something else?
I managed to tap on the message..my eyes were fixed on my phone screen, my heart racing, the words blurred together: "I am pregnant for Mark. Stay away and stay clear. Say ur price."

Suddenly, my phone buzzed again. Another message popped up....
