Adelaide is originally from Ghana, a country which has over 80 languages, although the official language is English. We hear how the English in Ghana differs from the Ulster-Scots that she's interacted with in Northern Ireland, and also how her native country deals with the issues that arises from having so many languages and how that might relate to NI.
