1. Venue for the awards night - show at least three probable venue to be finalized next week (in-charge of payment and preparation)
2. awards night program - show the draft of the program and look for possible certificates/awards for the winners and tokens for the judges (show the possible expenses)
3. AVP for magazines and community exposure trip and AVP for newspapers and judges - please show initial plan next week.
