Do yourself a favour and STOP buying from only one brand.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
By buying from only one brand and being “brand loyal” you’re completely limiting yourself and probably missing out on pieces you’ll love more than ones that you’re buying just to support a brand.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Stop following what their influencers are suggesting you buy, they’re probably not suggesting you buy it because they like it, but because they’re getting paid to 🫶
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Honest truths here - brands that only market through influencers are missing the mark, the people they use completely lose trust when their entire identity becomes “wearing blank from blank, use my support link”. Especially when ALL they post is that.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Check out people who post REAL and honest reviews, not people who are paid by the brands. YouTube has the best honest reviews for gym gear I’ve found.

Here’s what I’m loving right now -
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Shorts from NVGTN, they have options that have glute separation and ones that don’t for those who don’t like the bum scrunch. So far I’ve found by staying TTS there isn’t rolling but when sizing down for less excess fabric they do roll. Also a more affordable option than some other brands out there.

Bras from Lululemon - I will forever be a die hard energy bra fan, but the OG version not the longline. I find the longline rolls up on me which I don’t love. The energy bra is great for high impact and weight lifting with no spillage on my side - if you’ve had a different experience I’d love to know!

Here’s a new one - we often complain about 🐫 with shorts, and it’s not necessarily the shorts that are causing it, mind you getting rid of the centre seam makes a world of difference but I’ve found by wearing the right underwear it can make just about any shorts 🐫 free. Try , they’re a brand that’s local to the island and 100% worth while. Not an ad just like their stuff 💖
