💪🏻✏️Trainer Tip Tuesday: Basic Squat 💪🏻✏️
Squats work your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and core in a functional everyday use.

Step 1: Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart

Step 2: Tighten and squeeze your glutes and abdominals as your lower to the ground.

Step 3: Keep your knees over your second toe and stick your hips out. As you lower down, keep your spine neutral and your chest out.
