On the second night at the Twin Springs, I was trying to get photos of the meteorite shower but somehow I forgot to take my lens cap off for the shots I tried to get. I'm sad as I had some great photos of green flares shooting across the sky before the moon arise majestically in the fields.

Afterwards, I went into the tornado shelter basement which was full of black widows, house spiders, triangulate and brown widows. Every photo except the moon shot in this has at least 10+ spiders in it. Kinda wish I had a macro lens for up close photos of them. Outside during the day in the Quonset huts they were full of orb weaver web spiders.

I added a couple of photos from my friend who joined me on the trip out there this year with his watermark under the photo.

Couple of photos from Saturday & Sunday at Wakita. A storm front moved through the area on Sunday so it gave such a nice dark feeling. While on Saturday I got a couple of photos of the Wakita Tower, along with The Extreme and Matthew's Jeep in-front of it. Got a great shot of the sign used in Twisters at the motel that was donated to the museum.

You might assume this is snow while everyone is in t shirts & shorts. It's salt. The Salt Plains of Oklahoma. The only place in the world where you can get salt crystals that look like tiny tornadoes or hourglasses in a crystal.
I learned a valuable lesson, don't splash in the water and mud; it's more like a brine of salt that causes electrical and rust to flourish, and to make sure not to be confused if someone says sand.

Last three photos is Matt and I's vehicles infront of the car wash in Medford. 20 bucks gets you 30 mins of wash time. & a graffiti I saw at Pier 81. (they allow you to write on the walls)

But this legacy outback is much more better condition. So going to keep it instead. Thinking of 1in lift bigger tire and rack basket.
