Twenty years ago, we were just two kids with an Xbox, a camcorder, and way too much time after school. We didn’t set out to build a show. We just wanted to see if we could bounce a tank around like a pinball. That first video? It was messy, glitchy, and somehow… the start of everything.

Halo Tricks became more than just a series about getting out of maps or launching vehicles into the sky. It became a community. A collection of inside jokes. A group of strangers who became teammates, and teammates who became lifelong friends.

So whether you watched one video or all of them — Whether you yelled “OH MY GOD IT’S CMNEIR!” into the mic or tried a launch 30 times just to land it once…

Thank you.

You became part of something none of us expected. And we hope this video brings back the joy, the chaos, and the memories that made it all so special.

On November 15, 2001, the original Xbox console and Halo: Combat Evolved were released. 20 years later, I have made life-long friendships, and countless memories I'll never forget.

What began as an after school hobby, quickly turned into a full fledged YouTube series, and seeing as today marks 10 years since the end of Halo 3 Tricks, I thought it would be fun to create a mini documentary of the cast and myself looking back on those three formidable years we spent recording glitches and tricks in Halo 3.

I find myself very fortunate to have met many new friends, and have had the privilege to meet most of them in person. So, here's to another decade of Halo, Tricks, and friendships.
