Sa PAG IBIG Foreclosed lang namin ito nabili. Sobrang kakaibang experience pero super happy na finally, mapaparentahan na namin. :)

For about 2 years na, super favorite talaga ni Levi ang Super Mario Bros.. (hindi naman halata sa damit nya 😂) nagulat siya kanina na nasa mall si Luigi! Super saya niya na di niya ma-explain. Super happy ko din!

Hinahanap niya si Mario, kung nasa Japan pa din daw. Bat di pa umuuwi. 😂😂

Excited na mag travel si Levi! Ipon muna 😂

• Bring your old passport
• PSA Marriage Certificate
• Valid IDs (government-issued)

📌 For Babies / Minors
• PSA Birth Certificate
• Valid ID of parents

📌 Walk-in Process (SM Dasma)
• We arrived 2:00 PM
• Finished before 3:00 PM (around 30 minutes lang!)
• Walk-in applications are automatically rush processing – fee is ₱1,200 each
• Processed: August 13
• Releasing: August 29 (a little over 2 weeks)
