Investigation casts shadow over landmark sale of historic stadium.

Italian Serie A giants AC Milan and Inter on Wednesday finalised their €197 million acquisition of the San Siro stadium from the city of Milan as part of a major redevelopment deal.

The move allows the two co-tenant clubs to move forward with plans to demolish the current stadium, known officially as the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, and build a new, modern venue on the same site.

The deed of sale took place a few days before 10 November, the date on which an architectural restriction on the stadium’s second tier would have been triggered, preventing demolition, state broadcaster RAI News reports.

The animal, known as Mimmo, is regularly seen moving in between Venice’s vaporetti boats, delighting spectators with sudden jumps out of the water.

A smog alert for Milan

Milan has found itself in an unwanted spotlight. According to recent data from global air-quality monitor IQAir, the city’s Air Quality Index (AQI) peaked at 127 on 22 October 2025, placing Milan ninth among the world’s most polluted major urban areas. That figure corresponds to PM2.5 concentrations of 46 micrograms per cubic metre—almost nine times higher than the World Health Organization’s annual safety guideline of 5 micrograms.

Investors React Sharply to Ferrari’s Conservative 2030 Outlook and Slower EV Ambitions.

Ferrari’s share price suffered a dramatic fall last week, losing nearly 15 percent of its value in one day and erasing about €13 billion in market capitalization. The drop followed the company’s Capital Markets Day, where executives outlined Ferrari’s long-term strategy through 2030, a plan that, while solid on fundamentals, failed to match the market’s towering expectations.

Chaos in Milan city hall after Tel Aviv vote.

There were chaotic scenes at Milan’s city hall on Monday after the council voted to reject a motion to end the twinning with Tel Aviv and break off institutional relations with Israel.

Turinese Lifestyle: A Realistic POV

Turin is not a city that shouts about itself. It is not as outwardly glitzy or glamorous as Milan, and it does not carry the booming energy of Rome, but in some ways that is what makes it special. The streets are wide and adorned with towering trees, while the boulevards feel open and calm. During the day, the smell of coffee drifts in and out of the bars. It is a city that feels perfect for a Sunday stroll, unhurried and humble despite its elegance
