Gold Man Review, an annual literary journal published the first of November, is aimed at serving and supporting our community of authors residing on the West Coast. Our mission statement of “Creativity Becomes Community” was inspired by our belief that artists are vital to the community and there is an ongoing need to continue and further education in the arts. Ran and operated by our volunteers,
the purpose behind Gold Man Review is to not only provide a platform for writers and artists, but to promote, encourage, and support creativity within our community. Being teachers, students, entrepreneurs, thinkers, philosophers, poets, and writers ourselves, we are and will continue to be staunch advocates for the arts. Gold Man Review is the product of that advocacy turned into action. We regularly submit the work of our contributors to the Pushcart Prize, O’Henry Prize Stories, and the Best of American anthologies.
