A Walk On Water recently brought its AMAZING program to Spring Lake, NJ. Children with special needs experience the thrill of riding waves with trained surf therapists, and parents have a chance to relax. NJ surf legend Sam Hammer (Hammer Surf School) has been volunteering with A Walk On Water for years.

Wonderful experience last night at the Mathis House at 600 Main, a B&B and Victorian Tea Room where I did a presentation about "Charting a Path to More Joy" during the Women's Empowerment tea group meeting. Thank you, innkeeper Vicki Weiss, for the opportunity to share with a great group of women, AND for the yummy desserts and tea. Staying connected is a huge part of regaining your footing after tough times. These monthly meetings are a terrific, meaningful, and generous gift to our community. Thank you Lisa Mazzuca for some of these photos.
