A first time Race of Champions qualifier, Ellis wheeled his Mustang stocker through the field at the Tri-State Raceway NHRA National Open securing his spot in the 2026 field.

The 13th Annual Paul Bunyan Classic Presented By Barrett Petfood is the next event on the MCR schedule and your LAST opportunity to qualify for the 2026 Midwest Factory Finishes Race of Champions.

The event kicks off Friday with the Res Tech Systems Stock/Super Stock Shootout (No ROC / BIR Points)

Saturday and Sundays program sponsored by Barrett Petfood will lock up our final Race of Champions qualifiers!

NEW - The GO Lithium Hard Charger Award will award a $1,000 GO Lithium certificate to the Stock/Super Stock racer who goes the most rounds FRIDAY and SATURDAY!
