Its with mixed emotions that it has been decided to decommission the AR:Tz trail. It lasted two years on the streets of Brighton and confused folk the whole time - Now with an iOS update the app itself is gone and so it seems fitting to end the campaign.

I would like to thank Jimmy Hunt, Ste McGregor, Lucy Bourn, Donna Close, Phil Richards, Richard Adams and the team at Digicave. Robert Webb / Jessica Hunt and Tara Brabazon - without whom the whole madcap scheme would not have happened. Onwards and upwards!!

That was the task I set myself one year ago and, luckily for me, I knew the local tourist board in Brighton had been looking for a technology that could bring people to the town.
