Slow stress creeps in when:
- student loan debt is calling the shots
- you’re one paycheck away from panic
- you have to rely on someone else to feel safe
- high-interest credit card debt keeps resetting your progress
- retirement feels like a “future you” problem

My future sits at the intersection of strategy & stability: helping students and families build financial clarity and security through scholarships, smarter income moves, and habits that actually stick so you can enjoy the simple luxuries without guilt.

If you want, comment “MOVE OUT” and I’ll send you a simple checklist you can use before you commit to moving out on your own.

Moving out in 2026… it’s a math problem + a life decision for long term financial health.

These are biggest thing I think you should think about:

1) Rent-to-income ratio
If the rent is eating your whole paycheck, you’re not “independent, you’re one emergency away from being homeless (see point 2. On savings).

2) Adequate savings
Cushion has saved me so make sure you build a big cushion so that (especially in this job market) you’re able to hold yourself down for 3-6 months.

3) Does moving out actually make sense for YOU?
Your relationship with your family, your peace, and your long-term goals (like buying a house) matter more than looking grown online.
