Quick PSA about the way you may see me spell “Tr@ns.”

The censoring is NOT because I believe the word trans needs to be censored. It doesn’t. Period.

After years of being a Black creator creator across platforms, I’ve learned that certain content can get suppressed—or sometimes not even post or reach the FYP—unless I work within whatever parameters the platform has apparently decided to impose on me.

Is it frustrating? Absolutely.
Do I wish I could just say it as it is? Yup.

But my priority is getting these messages seen. I want our content to reach the people who need to hear it, especially my Trans brothers and sisters. 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈

So if you see me using “Tr@ns,” know it’s no disrespect. It’s no shame. It’s just me tryin to play by the platform’s rules so I can keep using my platform for what I intended it for: love, visibility, support, and protection of the communities I represent. 💜✊🏾

🎂✨ HAPPY EARLY BIRTHDAY TO ME! ✨🎂

Apparently, the universe said, “You’ve done enough healing this year… now go tell everybody about it.” 😂💅🏾

My birthday is tomorrow, and I can’t think of a better way to celebrate than sharing something that feels like a beautiful reflection of the year I’ve had.

This year brought me SO much growth, healing, self-discovery, and intentional evolution—and somehow, all of that inner work started showing up in my outer life.

📚 I became a published author.
📝 I released my memoir AND companion workbook.
🎤 I leaned even deeper into my work as a life coach.
🫶🏾 Chris and I continued building something rooted in love, growth, and purpose.
✨ And I’ve been able to turn so much of what I’ve lived through into tools that can help someone else heal, grow, and break cycles of their own.

“Cis” is a descriptor—not an insult.

And acknowledging differences in experience doesn’t require us to create a hierarchy of womanhood.

We can be different AND equally deserving of dignity.

It’s really not that complicated.
