Before or after? Started the year at 175lbs. Ending it at 220lbs. And guess what? I’ve never felt stronger, happier, or more confident.

I used to panic over every pound. Now I celebrate them. This 45-lb gain came with muscle, consistency, healing, discipline, and real self-love — not insecurity. My body changed, and so did my mindset. I can gain weight. I can lose weight. I can rebuild myself whenever I want. That’s strength. That’s power. That’s growth.

If your body looks different this year, this is your reminder: You’re not failing — you’re evolving. You’re allowed to take up space. You’re allowed to glow in every version of yourself.
