This is baby Sophia she’s just 7 months old she needs our help, she was born without an oesophagus, she feeds via a tube she now requires a second and final corrective surgery to normalize her body….

Her bill is #3.5M but needs 2M to balance up please let’s help her guarantee the surgery to enable her live a normal life and be happy.
