News about Stranger Things (it contains spoilers from season 1 and 2):
The executive producer Shawn Lewy has spoken about the third season, which is expected to be released between late 2018 and early 2019, and gave the first details about it:
- Mike and Eleven & Mad Max and Lucas will keep strong relationships but he doesn't guarantee it will always be simple and stable.
- Steve Harrington will have a much bigger role in the upcoming season, the character will keep taking care of the boys and they consider Dad Steve as a 'gold mine'.
- There will be two new characters, one of them being Lucas' sister, Erica which is going to be played by Priah Ferguson, the other one will be someone with apparently no relationship to the current characters, her name is Robin (portrayed by Maya Thurman-Hawke) and she will discover some of the 'dark secrets of Hawkins'.
