Grateful for the trust — and for partnerships that grow stronger through every season of change.

I first met Pradeep Bhanot, CEO of AXA Asia Markets Services, in 2022, when I spoke at one of their events at what was then the Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila.

Four years later, AXA has continued to entrust us with various leadership and change management programs.

As a change management consultant, I find deep fulfillment in helping executives navigate uncertainty, lead through transitions, and move their people forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Perhaps this work resonates deeply with me because I have also gone through many transitions of my own. Those experiences have taught me that change is not merely a process to manage — it is a deeply human journey to understand.

The changes we endure often become the wisdom we can offer others.

Thank you, Pradeep, for the continued trust and partnership. It is a privilege to keep learning, growing, and navigating change alongside you and the AXA team.

I have always appreciated the heart you bring to your work as Head of HR at AXA Asia Markets Services.
