Born in 1934, he ascended the throne in 1960 at just 26 and led with courage, wisdom, and unwavering love for his people. His remarkable achievements include:

✨ Defender of Ijebu unity, culture, and traditions.
✨ Strengthened the famous Regberegbe age-grade system for community development.
✨ Champion of the iconic Ojude Oba Festival — now a global cultural celebration.
✨ Advocate for quality education, scholarships, and community progress.
✨ A bold, principled voice for the rights and dignity of traditional rulers.
✨ An elder statesman whose counsel inspired leaders and generations alike.

Oba Adetona’s legacy lives on in every Ijebu son and daughter. May his royal soul find eternal rest.
