The Dynamic Publisher What is Dynamic Publishing? Dynamic publishing is your key to content marketing, customer engagement, and clear communications.

It enables content authors (marketers, copy writers, analysts, journalists, etc.) to create content once and deliver to across multiple channels. This process increases overall efficiencies, which in turn reduce costs, and drives revenue results back to the business. Dynamic Publishing allows you to reach you target audience at the right time in the right channel with the right message – the key to true customer engagement.

With the help of "War and Peace" Mark Baker shows you just exactly what XML is really all about.

We all know that XML is a good thing. The pundits and the vendors all tell us so. XML opens up many possibilities for content. But exactly how (and why) it does so is not always made clear. "So, how you overcome old school product catalog challenges? First, identify the common elements in the catalog copy and assist the catalog team in developing a standard. Overcoming allegiance to layout chaos means stressing the potential for cost cutting. The promise of faster turnaround and lower development costs can persuade even the most recalcitrant sales team of the benefits of standardized copy." - JoAnn Hackos on TheDynamicPublisher

As a technical information-development professional looking for opportunities to expand dynamic publishing to the enterprise, don’t overlook product sales catalogs. Product sales catalogs provide a great opportunity to demonstrate the value of single-sourcing content, integrating with purchasing dat...

Patrick Baker, VP Development and Professional Services, Stilo International explains how automated conversion work and why it matters when making the move to the Darwin Information Typing Architecture.

An unavoidable part of moving to the Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA), or any other structured authoring system, is converting your existing content into the new format. Most organizations that make the move to structured writing have to make the change while still continuing to meet th...

Noz Urbina on dynamic content and it's ability to help built loyalty and satisfy customers.

It seems we’re the camels, and the market has no shortage of straw to pile on our backs. The solution can’t be “work harder”, because increases in communication budgets have not been proportionate to increasing demand on us. Because we can’t allocate additional resources to tackle these challenges,...
