The truth? Not all midwives are the same, and not all risks are black and white.

We’re making a documentary exploring midwifery care — and the journey has already been incredible.

So far we’ve:
• Interviewed 4 midwives, 1 student midwife, and 1 retired OBGYN
• Filmed heartfelt stories from 12 mothers who have birthed with a midwife
• Captured an emotional home birth on camera

We’re about halfway through the filming process, and we’re more convinced than ever that this story needs to be told. But to keep moving forward, we need your support.

Had the amazing opportunity to film a home birth—my first time attending a birth that wasn’t my own child’s. And let me tell you… the wonder was just as real.

This mother displayed such incredible strength and courage. Watching her labor and bring new life into the world was nothing short of inspiring. And her husband—what an amazing example of a fully present, supportive partner. Their bond and teamwork were powerful.

A huge shoutout to Midon Wingo, Beautiful Blessings Birth Services, the phenomenal midwife who handled everything with such wisdom, calm, and care. Midwives like her are changing the narrative around birth.
