The new issue of JEF is now out! The long-awaited Journal of Experimental Fiction 98, an anthology issue on the subject of "Polyphony," is published! It features the writings of Jason Zeitler, Yuriy Tarnawsky, Lance Olsen, David Jelinek, Michel Vachey (translated by S.C. Delaney and Agnès Potier), Ernestus Jiminy Chald, Jade Strong, Brion Poloncic, Janis Butler Holm, Gil Israeli, Steve Biersdorf, Peter Melnick, Charles March, and Steve Pastis; the artwork of Derek Pell; and “A Roundtable Discussion on Harold Jaffe’s Porn-anti-Porn” featuring Harold Jaffe, Larry Fondation, Robert James Cross, and Eckhard Gerdes. If the contents of an issue of a journal could sing, they would sing a line from a Captain Beefheart song: “We don't have to suffer, we're the best batch yet.”
