We now have a batch of our Detroit Gearbox DIs for sale. It’s a updated take on the classic studio DI, using a modern recreation of the classic transformer, hand-wound in the UK, and with an impedance switch to give more tonal versatility. You can switch between the classic setting and a variation with more presence but the same classic character. These have been used on the last few Wilco albums for bass and are in regular use in some other big fancy studios.
